How would you describe your lifestyle right now?

Role Model - I have a perfect work/life balance, I lead my students by example and always create time for myself.

Working On it - I sometimes have time for myself and I only suffer with stress from school occassionaly.

Exhausting - I never have time for myself and I am drained from school because I leave all my energy there.

What is your biggest struggle right now in improving your current lifestyle?

I find it hard to stay motivated

I don't have enough time to commit

One last question... How many times have you tried to change?

Lots - I have tried every quick fix out there and they work but then I give up.

Not Many - I haven't needed to in the past but I know I need to do something now so I want to do it right first time.
